Nestique Return Policy
1. Return Window
- General Returns: Most items are returnable within 7 days of delivery.
- Soft Furnishings (Bedsheets, Cushion Covers, Throws): 5-day return window.
- Towels: 48-hour return window.
- Ceramics: 48-hour return window for damaged or broken items.
2. Return Reasons
- Product Concerns: Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or non-functional products.
- Change of Mind: If you're not satisfied with the product for any other reason.
3. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Log in to your account, select the order, choose a return reason, and submit your request within the specified return window.
- Packaging: Repack the item carefully using the original product packaging whenever possible to prevent damage during return shipment.

4. Return Exclusions
- Consumables: Opened or consumed items like stationery, essential oils, perfumes, wax tablets, aromatherapy items, and candles are generally non-returnable. Exceptions may be made for damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders.
- Live Plants: Live plants are non-returnable. Damaged plants will be replaced.
- Size and Color: Carefully review product dimensions and color descriptions before purchasing. Returns are not accepted due to size or color variations.
- Furniture and Fragile Items: Due to their delicate nature, furniture and breakable items will not be picked up if received in perfect condition.
5. Refunds
- Refund Methods: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Return Shipping Fees: Shipping fees may be deducted for change-of-mind returns.
- Return Eligibility: Refunds are only valid for eligible products. Please refer to our website or contact customer support for a list of non-returnable items.
- Change of Mind Fee: For change-of-mind returns, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

- Returns made using gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product.

- Nestique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the specified criteria.
